Outside the lab, Matt is a mentor to emerging tech startups, sharing his insights and experiences to nurture new talent in the biotech community. Holding a degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Oregon, he is passionate about leveraging science to improve health outcomes.

In his most recent role as the US General Manager at Nanolive Inc, he showcased his ability to enhance business operations and penetrate the cell imaging marketplace with AI-driven live-cell imaging solutions for pre-clinical drug discovery research in BioPharma and key academic centers.
Jonathan holds a Biology degree from San Diego State University and resides in Newburyport, MA, with his partner and 2 chocolate labradors.
In his personal time, he enjoys boating trips, tennis, Orange Theory Fitness, and evolving into a dangerous oenophile.

In his most recent role as the Business Development Executive for Emulate, he achieved over quota results, increasing awareness of organ on chip technology around the UK and Europe.
Matthew holds an Applied Parasitology and Medical Entomology Master’s degree from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine and resides in Newmarket, Suffolk, with his wife, Laura, daughter Amelia and Cocker Spaniel, Rocky.
In his personal time, he enjoys long dog walks, cooking and his biggest passion, Liverpool football club.

Passionate about turning scientific challenges into practical solutions, she works closely with researchers and collaborators to ensure Araceli’s products drive high-quality, reproducible results. Her background in both technical and business leadership enables her to translate customer needs into impactful innovations that advance the company’s mission.
Outside of work, Nasiema enjoys running, cooking and exploring the outdoors with her family.

Carli produces and hosts Science in Real Time, a podcast featuring thought leaders and breakthrough research in drug discovery and microscopy. She holds an M.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Northwestern University and a B.S. in Animal Science from the University of Puerto Rico, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

In his Product Management role at Digimarc, he led their development teams as they delivered products that realized the promise of digital watermarks, launching mobile scanning apps and SDKs, SaaS apps and APIs, and plug-ins for Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
When he’s not at work, you can find Dan cooking dinners for his family and friends, picking his guitar or hiking the trails of the Pacific Northwest.

Known for pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in translational science, Tim actively integrates bleeding-edge tools—including next-generation HTS, high-content imaging, and real-time data analytics—into his research programs. He has authored more than 150 publications related to drug discovery and holds eight patents, including those covering clinically useful therapeutics. Prior to Scripps, he spent a decade at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he contributed to early-stage development across several therapeutic areas.
Tim’s leadership in scientific innovation and his deep understanding of the evolving technology landscape make him an invaluable addition to Araceli Biosciences’ Scientific Advisory Board.

Prior to joining Myriad, Mr. Raha served as the president of Agilent's Diagnostics and Genomics Group, with overall responsibility for the group’s strategy, business and financial results. His tenure at Illumina as Vice President of Global Marketing further underscores his expertise in developing and commercializing innovative products in the life sciences market. Mr. Raha holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Santa Clara University and an undergraduate degree in molecular and cell biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
